Fees

General Terms

- Client Registration fee: €85 (VAT Inclusive).
- This is not refundable and is a once off payment.
- All placements are subject to VAT
- Invoices are issued on the day the placement is confirmed. This is payable within 7 days of issue or before the nanny starts.
- Placements will be cancelled, if there is a late payment.

Agency Fees:

Irish placements:

- Full time permanent: 10% of the candidates gross annual salary +VAT
- Temporary: €25 + VAT per day. €100 + VAT per week
- Maternity: €15 + VAT per night shift.
- Agency fees will be divided 50/50 for Nanny Shares.

Overseas placements:

Full time permanent: 15% of the candidates gross annual salary +VAT
Maternity/Temporary: €100 + VAT per week.
