» Subject to our receipt and approval of the above each candidate is interviewed in a detailed session. If the interview is successful all references are then checked.

» We are available to the families for continuous support and guidance during every aspect of the selection, placement and employment process
» When the family have selected their childcare solution, we are still available to answer any questions or give advice, if required.
» We recommend that when the client has made final decisions on a nanny that they take the time to check the references themselves.
» Before the placement commences we send a “nanny pack” to the client’s home. This pack includes a sample diary sheet, nursery rhymes and art ideas.
» We like to ensure that both our families and our nannies are happy with their placements and “follow up” calls are part of our aftercare service.
» As part of the continuous backup we also organise a “nanny visit” to the client’s home 8 - 10 weeks after the placement.
