Carol Flynn

Our company was established by Carol Flynn, a qualified Montessori Teacher with over 15 years experience in the world of children and recruitment. Carol has herself, worked as a nanny both in Ireland and overseas for many years, she has also lectured and tutored childcare students in some of Dublin’s most prominent childcare colleges.

Ciara McMahon

Ciara McMahon has been our Maternity Recruitment consultant for over 5 years. Her experience has given her an excellent insight into the wide ranging needs of families and their newborns, allowing her to choose the most suited of our highly skilled candidates to match each family’s specific need.
